How to Register for Classes

Students must go through the registration procedures at the Ware Academy of Music:
- Download and fax/mail the completed registration form directly to the Ware Academy of Music (contact information provided on the form) OR
- Fill out the required registration information on location.
When filling out the registration form, please indicate:
- Selected class time AND
- Name of instructor (Franky Ng).
Remember to register BEFORE classes begin!
